U.S. equity markets have been treading water most of the morning following the release of earnings reports from Goldman Sachs and Citigroup. The Dow is holding above 10,000 but it has been a struggle most of the day. Traders seem to be hesitant to buy risky assets because of the volatility in the Forex market. In addition, there are still some concerns about the stability of financial stocks.
